The University of Camerino invites expressions of interest from postdoctoral researchers wishing to apply for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships 2026 in the field of private law, sustainability, and legal innovation. The project, hosted by Prof. Lucia Ruggeri at the School of Law, focuses on the legal implications of the green and digital transitions within the framework of European policies and the UN Agenda 2030.
The project, entitled “The Sustainable Twin Transition”, investigates how legal systems, and particularly private law, respond to the challenges of sustainability and technological change. It focuses on the interaction between legal frameworks and European policy instruments related to clean energy, sustainable consumption, and digital transformation, analysing their impact on contracts, liability, and citizens’ rights.
The position is suitable for candidates with a background in private or comparative law, interested in sustainability, legal innovation, and EU law. The fellowship will support the development of competences in the legal analysis of green and digital transitions and in the evolution of contractual and regulatory frameworks.
