Integration and Diversity in European Legal Education
The 2019 ELFA Conference and AGM took place from the 10th to the 12th April in Turin, Italy.
The Conference began on Thursday morning, 11th of April with a welcome by the Rector of the University of Turin, the Director of its Law Department and the President of ELFA; afterwards a keynote speech was addressed by the President of the European University Institute in Florence.
The plenary session was devoted to analysing, on the one hand, Comparative Law at the Supreme Courts in Europe and, on the other hand, to exploring the European Jurist Project; After the plenary session took place, participants were able to attend two parallel sessions addressing the academic career in a changing environment and the role and perspectives of European journals.
The session on Friday morning commenced with a round table on transatlantic data flows, cyber security, and privacy protection; and later the ELFA Annual General Meeting took place.

Turin 2019: Some Practical Tips!
Here you have some practical information.
On Wednesday, 10th of April, there was an open reception and welcoming drink. This took place at the wonderful building of April Collegio, located in downtown Turin, in Carlo Alberto Piazza Arbarello 8.
On Thursday and Friday, the AGM and Conference were held at the main Hall of the Campus Luigi Einaudi, which is located along the banks of the Dora river, in the former Italgas industrial area. The address is Lungo Dora Siena 100.
The Conference Dinner was set for 20.15h on Thursday at the restaurant Circolo della Stampa, at Corso Stati Uniti, 27.
