The circumstances are causing great uncertainty, affecting not only the feasibility of organising an on-site event in Warsaw but also the Association’s Members’ own [...]

Dear ELFA Members, As you know, the Annual General Meeting and Conference of our Association, which were scheduled to take place in Warsaw from 22 to 24 April 2020, had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Now, 25 years after the foundation of ELFA, and in the extraordinary circumstances we are currently living, we can recall what was stated in the 2015 Istanbul Conference Resolution, that law faculties in Europe and elsewhere find themselves at the crossroads of directions for their future development to respond [...]

ELFA was then a relatively young organization, but its function was already proving to be relevant in the process of implementation of the European Higher Education Area. Nevertheless, after the culmination of this process, ELFA has also continued to offer great advantages to its members, providing a privileged forum for reflection, debate and exchange of knowledge, information, experiences and contacts, personal and institutional, on a European scale that responds perfectly to the phenomena of increasing [...]
