We are glad to inform all Members about the ELFA Summer School that the University of Insubria is organising on “Critical Topics In Environmental Law In Comparative Perspective: Sustainability Transition, The Role Of Information And The Challenges Of The New Silk Road”. This programme provides the opportunity for Law students, Law graduates and legal professionals to study Environmental Law by examining and comparing different environmental law policies and regulatory regimes.

The course is organised within the University of Insubria’s Ph.D. programme in Law and Humanities and in collaboration with the University of Marseille/Aix-en-Provence (France), the Utrecht University (The Netherlands) and the Opole University (Poland).

Lectures will be taught in English and will take place at the premises of the University of Insubria in Como (Italy), from 10 to 14 July 2023.
