The Board is pleased to announce a new version of the ELFA Summer Courses Regulation.

One of the ELFA main aims, according to article 6.2 of its Articles of Incorporation, is the gradual development of a common European dimension in the different areas of legal education and research in general, and education and research in European Union law and comparative law of the EU Member States in particular.

In this sense, ELFA wants to become a bridge to promote joint research and learning between Faculties of Law of different Universities and their teaching staff and researchers. As a way to promote joint work between teaching staff and researchers from different Universities members of ELFA, and to extend the knowledge of the various EU law fields to current and future jurists, ELFA promotes summer courses offered by the Universities that are members of the Association, by providing institutional recognition in specified scenarios.
