ELFA's website is now open to all Members! ELFA's website has a new page section called cooperation, which is open for the exchange of information about academic events and activities organised by ELFA Members. It hopes to become a useful tool for ELFA Members, regarding both staff and students, ultimately enhancing cooperation among our Members. Cancellation of the ELFA 2021 AGM in Warsaw

During the last ELFA Annual General Meeting, which was held online on 16 October 2020, it was announced that the next AGM and Conference would take place in Warsaw (Poland) from 21 to 23 April 2021. However, at the time of writing, the restrictive measures imposed by most countries in order to contain the COVID-19 pandemic are still in force, and, unfortunately, they are unlikely to be lifted in the short term. The ELFA logo is a EU trade mark!

In line with the aim of consolidating and strengthening the symbols of our Association, the ELFA Board of Directors has promoted the registration of the ELFA logo at the EU Intellectual Property Office. Thereby, we would like to inform you that as of 8 January 2021, the ELFA logo has been recorded as a EU trade mark in the Register of European Union trade marks with the number 018305594.

2020 Annual General Meeting

On 16 October 2020 took place the first Annual General Meeting of our Association held entirely online. The President Marek Grzybowski and the other members of the Board presented the 2019-2020 annual report of activities as well as the 2019 financial report and the budget for 2020. Dear ELFA Members, As you know, the Annual General Meeting and Conference of our Association, which were scheduled to take place in Warsaw from 22 to 24 April 2020, had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
